FRP elbow/flanged glass elbow
It consists of an inner surface layer, a sub-inner surface layer, a

gel tests under local weather conditions to determine the
proportion of resin, curing agent, and accelerator. The first inner
surface layer is a corrosion-resistant layer, composed of gel coat
and surface pad, resin content of more than 90%, thickness of
0.5mm.
The second inner surface layer, which is a leak-proof layer, uses
alkali-free glass short cut felt and resin, and the resin content
is 70%-75%. The thickness is not less than 2.1mm, and the layer can
effectively prevent the expansion of fine cracks on the inner
surface. Therefore, it plays a role of double protection.
Structural layer, which strengthens the inner and secondary inner
surface layers, resists external loads, and ensures stiffness and
strength. It is made of alkali-free glass fiber and glass woven
fabric with a resin content of 50±5 %. The thickness depends on the
